Classic Jeep was very helpful in meeting my needs

Excellent! I was very comfortable dealing with this dealership and felt that all information given was accurate and direct. Never felt like they were trapping me or tricking me. Monthly payments were never discussed until we agreed on the price of the vehicle. I really hate playing that “what do you want your monthly payment to be” game. Thanks!

Always friendly and eager to assist. Speed of service was normal. Easy to make an appointment. Like the desk to catch up on emails while I wait.

Absolutely the worst service ever.after paying to put dye in my freon to find the leak I brought it back and was charged another $140 service fee for them to look and see what the problem was after I was told I wouldn’t have to pay that again. On top of that it took 5 hrs with an appointment and I had to call for an update. Never will I go back for anything at all

Oil and transmission change

I’m very please with the service provided by you all. The service department is top notch. I’ll recommend all my friends to you guys. Also, I was expecting to pay more for my oil and transmission changed.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Good follow up on recall and was available for questions. All service employees are top line and knowledgable. Good job!

Quick fix for recall

Only took 30 minutes to accomplish the computer reprogram associated with the recall. That is light years shorter than the average time for a non revenue recall repair. Stellar!
