Install the vehicle in the patchday3ng replaces the police2
GTA V / Mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5
META:
Drop the véhicles.meta here:
GTA 5 / Mods / update / update.rpf / common / data / levels / gta5
or take the lines from the vehicle line file and replace at the location of the corresponding vehicle
For the ELS version:
Drop the ELS file here (needed for the rear message to work)

The NON ELS version doesn’t have rear message board
Interior color changed to grey
GPS add to dashboard

2016 Ford Explorer LAPD Skin — 1.0.0

So i came across an awesome 2016 Ford Explorer Model by @Maurice97 and i decided to make an LAPD skin for it.
This is my first ever skin so any tips would be much appreciated!
Download the model from link below.
Open OpenIV, when opened enable edit mode and click Ctrl+F3 to search.
In the search bar search for : police4.ytd (or whatever slot you would like the vehicle in)
Choose the file from the most recent dlcpack.
Replace the files and open the .ytd file.
Search for ‘template’ and you should find the skin of the vehicle.
Click replace and replace with the skin from my file.
The windows should be underneath the vehicle skin — If you choose to want to make the windows lighter

I made this LAPD 2016 Ford Explorer Livery along with 2 other LAPD Liveries which will also be posted on my profile. Sorry for the weird cropping on the images. My FiveM Server used for testing these liveries was having a HUD bug and I tried cropping it out. The vehicle files can be found at: https://gtapolicemods.com/files/file/1607-non-els-scpd-megapack-fictional/
Use OpenIV to open the vehicle files. Click the ‘edit’ button on the top right of the window. Open the ‘.ytd’ file, and drop the livery file into the window. Then click ok, and save it.

found success with patchday12, and drag all vehicle files into the patch day via OPEN IV

when a short distance any from the vehicle and the vehicle will load with tint over the spotlight.
