Great overall experience seller was very knowledgeable about the car business.

The worst experience I have ever had in car sales. The guy wanted to basically be in control of everything. Expected me to make an offer before I even test drove the vehicle. He was extremely rude on the phone and a control freak. I didn’t feel like my business was wanted. I don’t even think it’s a car dealership, just some random guy selling his own cars from a shop.

Bill Pierre Ford listed the vehicle before they had received the vehicle from a customer trading it in. After two attempts to inquire about the vehicle I was told that they were no longer going to be getting the vehicle and it was not in fact for available for sale. This is the second vehicle I have tried to purchase from Pierre that was listed and not available.

I did not buy as it was engine I was looking for but George sent me my requested pics (payload. I dont know why people wont put that in every truck listing but I digress. ). He even went to so far as to make a video of the truck and send it to me. I will strongly consider doing business here first due to the follow up I received! Kudos!

I was advised them that I was pre-approved with Westlake and Capital One and was told that they do not work with Capital One but instead of using Westlake I should try their in house financing. Out of curiosity I said okay the I offered $3000.00 down on a car selling for $9,900.00 and they wanted to give me a $400.00 per month payment. I passed and told the n to submit my application to Westlake.This just happened today. I am waiting to hear from Westlake.

Set up an appointment a week in advance to see a vehicle and confirmed the appointment the day before. She gave us a list of all the paperwork we would need to purchase the vehicle, which we had ready. We drove over 2 hours only to get there and the vehicle was not available. Terrible customer service and waste of a 4+ hour trip to come home with no vehicle!

They don’t let you talk to who you make an appointment with, pushy, don’t give any options. they are also bad with updating and returning phone calls
