I just took a police mesa and threw on a army skin. You can use it on the army base. Kind of surprised no one has uploaded this yet. Only could put a plain skin because the formatting of the jeep is really weird.

(Replace/Add the files in the folder using OpenIV located in the directory)

G:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

GTA 5 Declasse Police Rancher

Declasse Police Rancher, это четырехдверный полицейский внедорожник, доступный в GTA 5.

Police Rancher, это полицейская модификация Declasse Rancher XL, с более длинной колесной базой. Он обладает такими же характеристиками и появляется только в заснеженном варианте. Это связано с тем, что это машина встречается только один раз за всю игру, в прологе основной сюжетной компании. Эта машина, также, оснащена цепями на колесах, что должно помогать ей двигаться по снегу и льду. Тем не менее, эти цепи являются всего лишь украшением — они совершенно никак не влияют на ходовые характеристики и управляемость машины.

Реальными прототипами для Declasse Police Rancher послужили Jeep Cherokee XJ 1984—1996-о годов и Chevrolet Suburban 1991-го года. Как уже упоминалось выше, эта машина появляется только во время пролога, так что игроку никак не удастся заполучить ее без использования чит-кодов или тренеров.
