Offered a price on my trade before taking the time to make the trip there and they decided to change their mind once I got there by offering way less than they originally offered. Bait and switch at its finest.

Unfortunately I told the vehicle was sold, but on cargurus website and the dealership website. What a joke.

Called this dealer to verify the car was still on the lot and was told yes and set app. to drive and see car. Got there and was told it sold the day before. Should not have wasted my time. Very poor communication

Contacted twice to inquire on availability of vehicle, both communications were responded with an advertisement of ongoing deals with no mention of status of vehicle I had asked about. Drove to their lot, no sign of vehicle, no one came out to greet me, so assuming they were being purposefully deceptive. Have no idea if this is indicative of their normal behavior, but it was my experience.

Visit was ok. Nice folks to speak with. Received an email from d/ship asking if they could call to further discuss but no follow up call. Too bad as I was really interested in one or more of their vehicles.

They were very nice and helpful. Bought the truck I was looking at and would definitely buy from them again.
