BMW X5 и X6 с красными ноздрями: версия Black Vermilion
Black Vermilion.

With the current generation BMW X5, you know what kind of a vehicle you are getting. The rumbling SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) is a great combination of daily utility, impressive design, and luxury. To many, the X5 is the primary family vehicle, giving their loved ones the best comfort levels and safety aspect money can buy. Naturally, the BMW X5 is also a victim of its own success. There’s simply a lot of them running on the world’s streets today, making some owners inclined to give their vehicles an aftermarket makeover.
For this BMW X5, the choice landed with a set of HRE Performance Wheels, installed over at Wheels Boutique in Miami, Florida. The owner of this Alpine White example went with a monoblock setup, yielding a perfect combination of load bearing, strength, and design for his ride. These HRE S201H wheels are sized 22×10.5 in the front and 22×12.5 in the rear. With a Brushed Titanium / Brushed Dark Clear finish combination, the wheels flow well with the Alpine White exterior.
The wheels are wrapped in a set of Vredestein Ultrac tires, sized 295/30/22 in the front and 335/25/22 in the rear. While no other exterior modifications were made, this particular BMW X5 comes with a rather aggressive styling right from the factory floor. This BMW X5 40e xDrive delivers a total system output of 230 kW/313 hp generated by a four-cylinder petrol engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology and a synchronous electric motor. If you like a clean white and bold exterior for your BMW, there are two choices: Alpine White and Mineral White. Both finishes offer a unique whiter appearance, but for many, going with Mineral White may be the better option, mostly for its exclusivity. This Mineral White BMW X5 M features a set of Velos Designwerks aftermarket forged wheels and a lowering. The result? Quite a good looking build.
These Velos XX wheels are a welcome sight in the aftermarket wheel industry. They feature a contemporary spoke design and thanks to the monoblock layout they look larger than their three-piece wheel counterparts as well. The wheels seen here are sized 21 inches in the front and rear, respectively. These Velos XX forged goodies come with a Hand Brushed with Tinted Clear 2 and Matte Clear finish.
The BMW X5 M of the current generation is powered by a reworked M TwinPower Turbo engine. It’s a V8 that provides more power and torque, and better power delivery. The peak output of the new M turbocharged engine is 567 hp, three percent higher than that of its predecessor. Thanks to the turbo technology, the torque is available between 6,000 and 6,500 rpm. At the same time, the engine’s peak torque has been boosted by around 10 percent to 553 lb-ft, which can be enjoyed across an extremely broad rev band – from 2,200 to 5,000 rpm.

Whether you are a casual guy looking at tuned vehicles or a big fan of everything that falls under that large category of aftermarket parts, you undoubtedly heard about Vossen Wheels in one shape or form.
We have an opportunity to showcase an Alpine White BMW X5 with a set of their wheels with the VFS2 line, a multispoke design that looks good on a wide number of vehicles.
These VFS2 wheels are part of their VF Series wheels. What’s that? With VF Series wheels the flow forming process maintains the integrity of the design while improving grain-structure of the aluminum, creating a stronger, lighter, and thinner forged-like rim barrel.
Flow forming is the answer to the market’s demand for lightweight wheels that are more durable and enhance overall vehicle driving performance. They follow the quest from owners everywhere, answering for a collective desire for a wheel that is not only aesthetically captivating, but built for form and function.
Wheels are installed on a BMW X5, one of the highest selling cars in that segment. The BMW F15 is the third generation X5 Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV).
It’s a vehicle that attracts a widely different owner base, as it provides excellent offroad capabilities combined with a luxurious interior, greatly designed exterior and a wide selection of equipment you can order for it.
Exterior finishes offered for the BMW F15 X5 are Imperial Blue Metallic, Dark Graphite Metallic, Sparkling Brown Metallic, Mineral White Metallic, Glacier Silver Metallic, Black Sapphire Metallic, Carbon Black Metallic, Space Gray Metallic, Mineral Silver Metallic, Jet Black and Alpine White that we can see on this build.
From the launch, it came with a selection of powerplants featuring a 450 hp V8 petrol engine in the xDrive50i and two six-cylinder in-line diesel units, producing 258 hp with a twin-turbo engine in the xDrive30d and 381 hp with a three turbo engine in the M50d M Performance respectively.
In December 2013, further engine options were made available: xDrive40d, xDrive35i and, for the first time on the X5 model, two four-cylinder engines xDrive25d and sDrive25d (with two-wheel transmission). Straight line speed is governed by the choice of engines, but anyone driving this vehicle will certainly govern many possible driving styles which can be attained.
Wheels shown here are sized 22×9 in the front and 22×12.5 in the rear respectively. Combine the multispoke design and fitment that suits the large SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle) quite well, it’s a wheel selection that works nicely with the car in question here.
